AI Summit World’s Largest AI Event For Business Held in London 13-14 June

The AI Summit will take place between June 13-14 at ExCel Centre in London. It is expected that more than 15,000 visitors and 3,500 delegates will attend what is claimed to be the world’s largest AI event for businesses that promises to showcase the most cutting-edge innovations in the emerging technology of AI.

The event will kick start with an award ceremony at Keningston Palace on June 12, during which an independent panel of experts will announce the world-renowned AIConics Awards and honour the greatest innovations in artificial intelligence today. The AI Summit will take place at ExCel Centre London for two days on June 13-14.

This is the third edition of the AI Summit. The forum uniquely has the support of tech’s elite, with our 2018 Industry Partners featuring AWS, IBM Watson, Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, Google, HCL, PwC, Publicis Sapient, Genpact, Intel alongside 300+ sponsors and partners. This year’s edition is comprised of three keynote streams that include a selection of global C-Suite speakers.

The speakers are divided into 4 topic streams:

  • AI Finance Summit
  • Quantum Computing
  • AI Customer Summit
  • AI Health & Pharma Summit

CEO & COO keynotes at the event will be Patrick Hunger, CEO of Saxo Bank; Jon Oringer, Founder and CEO at Shutterstock; Jackson Hull, COTO at Go Compare; Berit Svendsen, CEO at Telenor Norway; Helen Vaid, Global Chief Customer Officer at Pizza Hut and Marcus Sawyerr, President at Adecco Group X.

Nick Jennnigs, Vice-Provost for Research & Enterprise at Imperial College London – a key partner with the AI summit, shares, ” With the AI Summit in particular, we’re delighted it’s in London. The speaker streams will offer exclusive inspirations insights by senior business and entrepreneurship leaders at the top of the Fortune 500 companies, including Sherif Mityas, Chief Experience Officer of TGI  Friday’s, Sandeep Dadlani, CDO of Mars Inc and Atif Rafiq, CDO and Global CIO with Volvo. Moreover, every global industry vertical will be represented at hte AI summit. For instance, financial experts from Thierry Derrungs, BNP Paribas and Credit Suisse will speak about the future of international finance and the  role of AI in it.

Participants in the 2018 AI summit will also be the so-called Great Offices of State within the UK Cabinet: speakers during the event will be the Rt Hon Secretaries of State, Matt Hancock (Digital, Culture, Media & Sport) and Greg Clark (Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy). They will share how their respective departments will take the lead globally in implementing public policy to support AI.

In  addition to that, Lord Clement-Jones and Dame Wendy Hall, both former chairs of the All-Party Parliamentary Groups on AI, will talk about their experience and share insights into the committee work conducted by HM Government in the last year.

The list of prominent leaders and chief figures that will take to the stage also includes Professor Zoubin Ghahramani, Chief Scientist at Uber; Dr. Sven Lorenz, CIO of Porsche; Bernd Rattey, CIO of Deutsche Bahn; Reinhard Stolle, VP AI & Machine Learning with BMW Group.
